We celebrated our 10th Anniversary on 10th October 2010 and in celebration invited some of our top clientele to a lunch party held in the in the grounds surrounding the catteries by way of a thank you for their support and loyalty over the last 10 years. As the photographs display, the weather was beautiful and a most enjoyable day was had by everyone in attendance.

Anima de Cato Luxury Boarding Cattery (Anima for short) translated means
"spirit of cat" and lies nestled between Fourways Gardens and Dainfern in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg. This premier cat boarding facility sits on five acres of tranquil garden offering a peaceful, secure and totally stress free environment for your much-loved feline companion.

The property is owner occupied and the cattery is run by Pauline Cripps who is dedicated to taking care of your pet/s having gained her knowledge and experience in the United Kingdom working for various animal shelters and kennels as a volunteer.

The luxury boarding cattery was designed and built in 2000. The cat boarding facility caters for single occupancy or a multiple family of cats offering luxurious, heated and variable sizes of units to suit individual needs. We pride ourselves on meeting every possible need of your pet with warm and loving attention.

Anima is segregated into two catteries namely "The Catwalk" and "A Walk on the Wildside". Each cattery has a garden area where the more energetic tabby can take a stroll and stretch his legs; and for the less motivated moggie, birdwatching or a catnap under the African sun is available.
